हे दीपो ! जगमग से भर दो सबका जीवन, अंधियारों को दूर भगा दो,

अनिश्चय के बादल हटा दो, करो सबका मार्गदर्शन,

जो भटके हैं राहो से, राह उनको सही दिखा दो,

सबके जीवन में भर दो प्रकाश इतना, दीयो की इन बातियों से,

हरो सबको दुखो के कारण, जला दो सब दुःख दर्दो को,

दे दो सबको एक नया जीवन.

न किसी की आँखों में आँसू हो, न हो दर्द की चुबन,

हंसते खेलते बीते दिन,रात दिवाली हो हर दिन.

आह्वान .................

वक़्त आ गया हैं जब हम बदलेंगे तब ये सूरत ऐ हाल बदलेगी ,

हर क्रांति की ज्वाला हमसे ही पहले निकलेगी !

बदलना हैं हमें सब कुछ अब हमने ठान ली हैं,

यूं घिसट घिसट कर जीने से ज़िन्दगी नहीं जीनी !

अब हालातो का बहाना छोड़ कर, मशाल खुद ही जलानी हैं,

सोये हुए लोगो को जगाने की बारी हमारी हैं !

डट जाना हैं अब अंगद की तरह, रावनो को नीचा दिखाना हैं,

हम युवाओ को ही अब आगे आना हैं, परिवर्तन जरूरी हैं .

खेल लिए खेल उन्होंने जितने खेलने हैं, अब क्रांति की जरुरत हैं,

देश और समाज बचने के लिए अब कुर्बानी जरुरी हैं.

आओ की अब साथ जरुरी हैं, मिल कर हुंकार करेंगे ,

अन्धकार के घुप्प अँधेरे में दीये से शमा रोशन करेंगे.

सफलता का मतलब

सफलता का मतलब हैं - एक लक्ष्य की प्राप्ति के लिया किया गया सतत प्रयास ,

इश्वर पर अटूट विश्वास , अपनी काबलियत पर भरोसा ,

कुछ कर गुजरने की जिद और कभी हार न मानने की ललक.

रास्ते खुद ब खुद बन जाते हैं,तू होंसला तो कर,

अँधेरे में भी रौशनी दिख ही जाती हैं, तू यकीन कर,

आंधिया भी रुख मोड़ लेती हैं, तू भरोसा रख .

विश्वास के आगे सब कुछ झुक जाता हैं, तू मन में ठान ले,

कुछ कर गुजरने की तमन्ना को, हर दम दिल में जवान रख.

कोहरे के मानिंद हैं ज़िन्दगी …………………

धुंध धुंध सी हैं ज़िन्दगी , कोहरे के मानिंद हैं ज़िन्दगी.
थोडी दूर तक जाती हैं नज़र, फिर धुंध धुंध नज़र आती हैं ज़िन्दगी.

सोचो की अगर दिखता हमें सब कुछ बहुत आगे तक, कैसी होती यह ज़िन्दगी.
चाहे अच्छा हो या बुरा कल में, मगर हमें देखने नहीं देती ज़िन्दगी.

बस धुंध धुंध हैं ज़िन्दगी , कोहरे में समेटे लाखो सवाल , बस निकलती जाती हैं ज़िन्दगी.
जो पीछे छूट जाता हैं, उसको भी यादो के गलियारों में ड्ख लेती हैं ज़िन्दगी,

बस इसी तरह से सरकती जाती हैं ज़िन्दगी. सबकी बस यही कहानी हैं ऐ ! ज़िन्दगी.

Running faster and faster………….

कारवां जारी हैं ……..

आ जाओ अगर साथ चलना हैं, मिल कर सफ़र तय कर लेंगे,
ज़िन्दगी की इस सफ़र में, थोडी देर साथ चल लेंगे,
कुछ तुम अपनी कहना , कुछ तुम्हे हम सुनायेंगे ,
इस पथ के पथिक बन कर, फिर भले ही तुम साथ छोड़ देना,
मुझे तो चलना हैं ही, क्यूंकि मेरा कारवां जारी हैं !

मेरी बिटिया मुझे जीना सिखाती हैं.

ज़िन्दगी की इस दौड़ में मैं जीना भूल सा गया था ,

फिर मुझे खुदा ने बेटी का वरदान दे दिया ,

अब मेरी बिटिया मुझे जीना सिखाती हैं !

बार बार गिरकर उसका फिर से अपने को संभालना ,

फिर से उठने की जिद अपने खुद को खड़े करना ,

उठ के फिर से खुशियाँ मनाना, बिना बात के यु ही मुस्करा देना,

मेरी बिटिया मुझे जीना सिखाती हैं.

उसका वो बेपरवाह अठखेलिया करना, फिर उसका हर बात से बेखबर सोना,

सुबह सबसे पहले जग कर सबको अपने शोर से जगाना,

मेरी बिटिया मुझे जीना सिखाती हैं.

वो मेरा कभी उसको गुस्सा दिखाना, उसका उस गुस्से से रोना,

फिर थोडी देर मैं फिर से मुझसे चिपकना,

मेरी बिटिया मुझे जीना सिखाती हैं.

उसका हर चीज़ पर लपकना , हर चीज़ को टटोलना ,

किसी भी अजनबी से पहले तो डरना,

फिर प्यार से हसना,

मेरी बिटिया मुझे जीना सिखाती हैं.

न बिछुडे माँ से बच्चे …………..

उसका आँगन गूजता था बच्चों के शोर से , वो दोड़ती थी बच्चों के पीछे ,

शोर से आसमान गूजता था,
बच्चों के साथ उस माँ का वक़्त यु ही गुजरता था,

माँ सोचती थी कब बच्चे बड़े होंगे और उसके सपने भी पूरे होंगे,

सोचते सोचते बच्चे कब बड़े हुए, उसको भी पता ना चला.

सब निकल गए घर से एक दिन, उसका आँगन सूनसान हुआ.

आज वो संभालती है हर याद को , निहारती हैं अपनी दीवारों को,

हर जगह से उसके बच्चों की यादे जुडी पड़ी हैं.
वो आँखों से आँसू पीकर चुपचाप ज़माने से लड़ती हैं.

आती हैं कोई खबर दूर परदेश से, तो आसूँ छलका देती हैं,
रात को सोने से पहले , ना परेशां हो मेरे बच्चे , अपने बच्चों के बिछुडन का दर्द सहती हैं.
करती हैं कभी सवाल ज़िन्दगी से , फिर खामोश हो जाती हैं.

नियति को यही था मंजूर , पल्लू ढाके सो लेती हैं.
लगाती हैं जब हिसाब किताब ज़िन्दगी का, खोने का पलडा भारी पाती हैं.

हर रोज़ फिर आस में जीती हैं, काश कुछ ऐसा कर दे भगवान ,
किल्कारिया फिर सुना दे भगवान, भर दे फिर उसका आँगन,

अब जहाँ सूनेपन की आवाज़ भी सुनाई देती हैं.
वो बुडी माँ का दर्द ना जाने भगवान भी नहीं सुनता हैं,

वो पथराई आँखों से फिर भी हर जगह अपने बच्चों के निशान खोजती हैं.
बच्चे जब तक दर्द समझे , वो बिछुरन की आदी हो जाती हैं.

अब उसको कोई दर्द नहीं सालता , वो बैरागी हो जाती हैं.
मत करना भगवान किसी माँ को उसको बच्चों से दूर,ये सजा जीते जी मरने की हैं,

तेरा रूप हैं वो धरती पर , ये सजा मंजूर नहीं हैं.

आशा की लौ !

सूरज डूब रहा तो क्या, कल फिर किरणों का राज होगा.

आज पतझर हैं तो क्या, कल फिर कलियों में शबाब होगा.

आज तेरे साथ बुरा हुआ तो क्या, कल फिर तेरे पास ख्वाब होगा.

कल बूरा था तो क्या हुआ, आने वाले कल पर तेरा राज होगा.

कुछ नहीं तेरे पास तो क्या हुआ, तेरे होंसले का साथ होगा.

आज तेरी नहीं सुनती दुनिया तो क्या हुआ, कल तेरे पीछे सैलाब होगा.

कश्ती तेरी फँसी मझधार में तो क्या हुआ, पतवार तेरे हाथ होगा,

साथ तेरे छोड़ दे सारी दुनिया तो क्या हुआ, तेरा विश्वास तेरे साथ होगा.

न दे साथ किस्मत तेरी तो क्या हुआ, यही तेरा असली इम्तिहान होगा.

खुशियों को समेट मुट्ठी में , दुखों को दूर भगा ,

रेत की तरह फिसल रही ज़िन्दगी को ,हर पल तू जिए जा.

आये कितने ही दुखो के पल, बस तू हसे जा,

ये इम्तिहान हैं तेरा ,बस तू हर हाल मैं जीए जा.

कर भरोसा खुद पे इतना,हिम्मत को अपनी ताकत बना .

कुवत हैं तुझमे दुनिया बदलने की, खुद को बस इतना समझा .

नहीं रुक सकते तेरे रास्ते , अपनी एक पहचान बना.

कर दुनिया को मुट्ठी में, बस तू अपनी धून में जिए जा.

आये कोई बाधा , हस के उसको गले लगा,

मुड़कर मत देख फिर,बस चले चले जा.

ये ज़िन्दगी एक बार मिली हैं, मत तू इसको गवा ,

ज़िन्दगी में एक राह चुन , बस चले चले जा.

लक्ष्य बना अपना कोई, उसकी धून में रम जा.

दुनिया चाहे कुछ भी कहे , अपने मन को मना .

सुन सबकी कर अपनी, अपनी मंजिल को पा.

An individual have immense potential the only need is- to identify it and channelisation of all the energy to achieve the goal.
Everything is possible in this world and whatever the acheivements we are seeing all around us has been achieved by the human being.

So, set your target and go for it. Think about it every time. Eat it , drink it and sleep with it. This will energise all the body and align your all the activities to achieve the goals.

Do meditation and take out the positive energy from you which is stored inside. Don't think about failures. Failure happens and will happen but no doubt, if you are ready to failure and this will not bother you, you will definately win and win.

What is the most important things to get the success ?

Last day, I was talking with one of my friend and he told me that one of his classmate has got the opportunity in a very big company and he is still with the same company. He also told me that they were classmate and he was not much intelligent than him but today he is better than him. I discussed the matter with him and asked why he is better today ? and have he done the analysis? then he told me that After passed out from college he remain in the same field and My friend changed his field thrice.

then I explained him that this is the root cause of him that he did not channelise his energy and potential into one field and his friend channelise his energy into one field. This made the difference.

So, the jist of this is- Channelisation of energy is must to achieve the success in life. Set your target and stick with it. Let face every pros and cons of it. Gradually and steadily you will start to climb the rock. Don't understimate your self and every human being in this world is very talented and he /she has the caliber to do the miracle.

Identify yourself and start working..............This will definately make the difference.

S.M.A.R.T.- Goals

Without Goals , a life is nothing. Every life needs some direction and goals. An individual has its goals but these goals are not measurable or target oriented so this is the reason, we would not able to achieve them.

Try to make each Goal - SMART where S- Specific , M- Measurable , A - Achieveable, R- Realstic and T- Time bound. Whenever you make any personal or professional Goal- Try to make it SMART and monitor it on daily basis.

Every goals must have these parameters. In short every Goal must be specific, Realstic, time bound , Measurable and Achievable.

Life is all about catching the opportunities and cashing it. We find many opportunities in our vestibule but we are not able to identifying them. Those people who see these opportunities, they offer themselves to these opportunities and flow with them ang get success. Try to open your eyes and ears all the time and abstract best from the life.
